Jardines del Sol

The place we would build for ourselves.

The place

A small community imagined slowly

Some places begin with a financial model. Others begin with a masterplan. Jardines del Sol began with a simple question: what kind of place would we choose to build for ourselves? We imagine a small number of homes surrounded by gardens, open to the ocean and designed to remain inhabited throughout the year. Architecture shaped by climate and landscape. Shared spaces for gathering, reading, resting and spending time together. Not a large development, but a place built carefully, gradually and with a long-term commitment to beauty, hospitality and care.

Community

A private home, within a living hotel

Ownership, hospitality and landscape in balance.

Jardines del Sol explores a model in which a limited number of privately owned homes coexist within a shared hospitality environment. Owners may enjoy their homes whenever they wish. When not in use, these residences may become part of a professionally managed hospitality operation, allowing the place to remain inhabited, cared for and welcoming throughout the year. The ambition is simple: a small group of owners, beautiful architecture, thoughtful hospitality and a place designed to grow slowly over time.

The vision

A different way of inhabiting the coast

We believe some places deserve another approach. Rather than maximizing density, we imagine a small coastal community built around landscape, architecture and hospitality. A place that remains inhabited and cared for throughout the year. A place that evolves gradually. A place designed not only to visit, but to belong to.
